POSITION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SEM/PCC specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
Preferred experience with social media platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and experience with or learning more about TikTok and Amazon.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute paid search campaigns to drive website traffic, lead generation, and sales
Conduct keyword research and create ad groups, ad copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and improve ROI
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing and business objectives
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid search and paid social media advertising
Create and provide regular performance reports to stakeholder
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of experience in paid search advertising
Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms - preferred
Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and analytics
Experience with ad copywriting, landing page optimization and creative design
Strong analytical skills and experience with bid management tools
Strong communication and project management skills
Experience with industry tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag manager and other relevant platforms
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
Familiarity with outdoor market, outdoor recreation
Working with affiliate programs
Understanding of SEO and applying that knowledge

Social media knowledge and experience executing in PR strategies
Knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint); Knowledge of PR industry tools such as Meltwater, Cision/Trendkite and Critical Mention. Knowledge of Adobe Suite a plus.
OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:
Working remotely/home based is ok
Contract and Part-Time ok
Travel: Currently limited due to COVID, before COVID - travel was common 1-2 times/month
Salary Range:
Starting at $60,000-$80,000
