BEND, Ore. (March 29, 2022) - The Conservation Alliance sent grants totaling $775,000 to organizations working to protect wild places across North America. Funding will help conservation groups in 13 states and provinces secure new land and water protections. Projects include three Indigenous-led projects in British Columbia, Utah, and Washington.

The Conservation Alliance works with more than 270 member companies to identify important conservation projects that seek to protect wildlife habitat and access to recreation. Each member company contributes annual dues to a central grant fund, and funding is disbursed twice annually to the grassroots groups working to secure these protections.
