zodiac event displays joins the conservation alliance
BEND, Ore. – January 8, 2019 – The Conservation Alliance welcomes Denver-based Zodiac Event Displays as its newest member. In joining The Conservation Alliance, the boutique branding agency that specializes in soft signage and event marketing materials is helping to protect public lands for future generations.
“We are wholeheartedly committed to sustainable business practices and continue to look for ways to reduce our carbon footprint as well as our overall impact on the planet,” said Michael Demchak, CEO of Zodiac Event Displays. “We recognized that there is a lot of waste that goes into printing, and we want to do our share to mitigate our carbon footprint and give back by partnering with The Conservation Alliance.”
Zodiac Event Displays will have a presence at the upcoming Outdoor Retailer Snow Show in Denver January 30 – February 1 with an in-booth fundraiser to benefit The Conservation Alliance.
Zodiac will be selling fabric Uzwelo shopping bags for $10 each to promote the "Say No To Plastic" campaign. These fabric bags are made entirely from recycled flag and banner scraps from Zodiac’s partner factory in Durban, South Africa. All proceeds from the sale of the bags will be donated to The Conservation Alliance. The bags will be sold at the Zodiac Event Displays booth 20275-SL, located on the street level, to the right of the blue bear.
As a group of like-minded companies, The Conservation Alliance recognizes its responsibility to help protect the wild lands and waterways on which its customers recreate and wildlife thrives. “We are excited to have Zodiac Event Displays on board as a Conservation Alliance member and look forward to showcasing their commitment with an OR Fundraising Event. Zodiac joins 230 other member companies in working to protect the places where we play,” said John Sterling, Executive Director of The Conservation Alliance.
